Daily Diary - Action column – Usage

This guide will walk you through what the action column is and how you can use it.

First navigate to the daily diary by clicking the daily diary button at the top of the screen like below.

Your screen should then look like this.

From here you will notice the action column is colour coded. Each of these colours represent a different action. If there is no colour in this box, the booking it relates to does not require any action.

Below I have listed all the colour codes and what they are used for.

Deliver: the deliver colour code is used to indicate the fact that the booking it relates to is a delivery booking. This colour is activated by entering delivery details into the booking.

Collect: the collect colour code is used to indicate the fact that the booking it relates to is a collection booking. This colour is activated by entering collection details into the booking.

VOR: this colour indicates that the related booking is a VOR or vehicle off road booking.

O.B: this colour code is used to indicate when a booking has an outstanding balance. Once the balance has been paid, it will no longer show red.
