Shows how to defleet a vehicle in Prohire.
Defleeting vehicles in Prohire is very simple.
1. First of all, make sure that all bookings prior to defleeting, have been fully checked in and closed down.
You can do this by going to the “Vehicles” button from the main screen > search for vehicle > “Booking History” button within the Vehicle Details screen. This will show all historical bookings that are linked to this Vehicle. Once you are happy all bookings are closed down, click the “Defleet” button from within the Vehicle Details screen.
2. This should set the vehicle status to OFF_FLEET, click “Save” once done.
