Tracker - View & resolve tracker alerts

This document will show you how to view and resolve tracker alerts on Prohire. Prohire is not compatible with third-party tracker devices/systems. This guide is only relevant to the Prohire tracker devices/system.

Viewing Tracker Alerts

There are two main ways to view tracker alerts on Prohire.

1. The first is via the front screen of Prohire by navigating to the below:
    1. Tracker > View Alerts

2. The next method is via the ‘Tracker Alerts’ button at the bottom of the Allocation Chart.

Both methods will take you to the below screen within your internet browser that will allow you to view the tracker alerts. This screen will show you Unresolved alerts by default, but you will have the option to toggle this to show Resolved/past tracker alerts.

If you click on the name of the Alert on the left-hand side, then it will show you more details about the alert itself.

Resolving Tracker Alerts

To resolve a tracker alert you should locate the alert that you would like to resolve. You can click on the name of the alert and then click the blue ‘Resolve’ button as per the below:

A pop up will then appear and give you the opportunity to add notes or details to the resolution of the alert.

You are also able to get to this screen by pressing on the ‘Actions’ tick on the right hand side of the alert when viewing all Unresolved alerts.

 

Resolving Multiple Alerts at once

You are also able to resolve multiple alerts at once by using the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select multiple alerts, then pressing ‘Resolve Selected’. You will be presented with an option to add Alert notes at this stage too.
