To guide you through the ability to view tracker trip data and download the trip information and how you can go about doing this.
Procedure
In order to view and download the trip information from your Prohire trackers, the first thing you will want to do from your Prohire home screen is navigate through to Tools > Setup > Display POL Setup.
This will open up your Prohire Online Setup. On the left-hand side, you will want to select ‘Tracker’ which will present you with your Tracker Dashboard. From here you need to select ‘Trips’ which will present you with the screen below.
From this screen you can navigate your way around the map similarly to how you would with Google Maps. There is also a search functionality in the top right to identify specific tracker fitted vehicles in your fleet. You may instead wish to do this via selecting one of the vehicles from the list on the right-hand side.
Selecting a vehicle will present the screen above but under the summary tab instead. To see your vehicles trips, select the Trips tab as I have done above. From here you can see a whole host of information including the date, start and end times of the trip, the starting and ending locations of the vehicle during the trip, the distance travelled and more.
All of this information is downloadable via the 4 options seen above. You can download just the trip history of the vehicle, you can download the driver’s behaviour during the hire, you can download a breakdown of the trips and lastly you have the option to download all 3 in one go.
The above is an example of a trip history download which is of the Excel CSV file type so you can preliminarily see what the end result will look like.
