Explains the difference between published and unpublished rate cards
Rate Cards are used on Prohire Online (POL) and are mainly used for Proweb, our online booking service.
Essentially, Rate Cards can be saved as drafts before they are published, below are the definitions of a Published and Unpublished Rate Card.
Published – A Published Rate Cards is usually the active one, that is being used for Proweb/URG/VHN.
Unpublished – Unpublished Rate Cards are ones that are saved as drafts. This may be due to unfinished amendments, or someone has forgotten to click the “Publish” button after making some changes to the active rate card.
You will still be able to edit a Rate Card that has been left in Draft status. Simply click the edit “Pencil Icon” on the right-hand side, and once inside the Rate Card, click ‘Publish’ in the top right-hand corner.
