Required Group
This is the rate group that the client is being charged for their rental. If this column is highlighted in blue it indicates that the group the vehicle belongs to is different to the group rate you are charging the client.
Supplied Group
This is the group the vehicle is in that’s being supplied to the customer. If this column is empty, it means no vehicle has been assigned to this rental yet.
