Risk – How a risk match is found

Below is our test client record which has several risk records against it.

To find a match, Prohire will check several pieces of information to see if a record has been created previously either internally or externally. To do this it uses 4 main pieces of information: -

  • Client Name
  • Licence Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Postcode

The most important is the licence number as this is the only unique piece of data to the customer. If the record matches on the licence number and either of the other 3 Prohire will flag this up when checking a booking out to make you aware that it has matched. To perform a risk check you can click on the “Risk Check” button from within the Client Details screen.
