When Raising a Prohire Risk report you have the choice to either make it Public or Internal, this guide will cover the difference between the two.
Public – This report will be available to all Prohire users who are signed up to Risk. Meaning if the same problematic customer tries to make a hire with another rental company, they will be made aware.
Internal – This report will only be available within your company and will not alert to other rental companies.
