Risk – Removing a Report

This document will show you how to remove a Prohire Risk Report. You may need to do this if a report is inaccurate or if it has been applied against the wrong client record.

1. First you must navigate to the Prohire Online screens.

1. 1. Tools > Setup > Display POL Setup > Risk
      
      

2. This screen will show you the Risk Reports that are awaiting approval by default, if you need to remove one of these reports then you can click on the pencil icon towards the right of the screen and then click the bin

Removing a Published (or Active) Risk Report

You can remove a Published Risk Report by toggling the ‘Status’ field to Active and then following the same steps as before to remove the report.
