Prohire has various payment settings to help you tailor process to your business requirements. This guide cover what the options are and how the effect your system.
Accessing Payments Configuration
From the front screen of Prohire select Tools > Setup > System Setup
Once the Setup screen appears select ‘Payments’.

Disable Payments For Account Customers - By ticking this box you will remove the ability for users to click on the payments button within the Booking / Rentals screen for account customers only.
Ensure Full Payment is Taken Before Checkout - Use this option if you want to force all non-account rentals to be paid off in full before the booking can be checked out.
After all changes have been made to this screen, click Save to confirm new settings or Cancel to exit without saving.
