Explains how to set up the locations tab within a Proweb scheme setup.
Accessing Locations
Firstly, navigate to Tools > Setup > Display POL Setup. From the online menu on the left-hand side, click on the “Setup” option and ‘Proweb’ > Then click ‘Manage Settings’ and navigate to the Locations tab.
You will then see a list of locations and any Meet & Greet locations currently setup on your system.

Locations Setup
To enter a location setup, select the pencil icon under Actions.
You will then see the specific location setup options.
Details Setup
Rate Name – Specify which rate you wish to use for the site.
Web Branding – Specify which web branding you would like this location to use.
- If this field is left blank, then the system will look to the specified branding set on the ‘Settings Tab’ within the scheme setup.
Enabled – This is a toggle to enable or disable the site from appearing as a selectable option when customers are making quotes/booking on the Proweb widget.
Force OnRequest – This toggle will force all bookings to be on request despite there being vehicles available for free sell.
Questions Setup
The second tab lists all booking questions that will be asked when making a booking, by default these pull through from the ‘Booking Questions’ tab within the scheme setup. However, you can edit these on a per site basis for specific requirements, for example asking for the flight number for an Airport meet and greet location.
To Save the change press the ‘Save’ button or the X to cancel any changes made.
